My name is Ma Ellen Cenina. Originally from the Philippines, I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and worked s a marketing officer/assistant manager for Banco de Oro. I’ve gained valuable knowledge, experience and background on accounting, banking particularly on handling and managing investments as well as loan portfolios.

Besides finding the right home for my clients, I am qualified to recommend the right loan program as it is an important aspect of a real estate transaction. I am also a registered tax preparer under CTEC. I could help my clients to take advantage of the tax benefits from buying a real estate as a primary residence, second home or investment properties.

My educational background, financial and business knowledge allow me to help my clients understand the financial aspects of a real estate purchase, mortgage, as well as tax benefits.
